I’m making some progress with my physical therapy sessions and seeing some real flexibility in my hips and knees. They give a lot of the credit to my regular yoga practice but I see it all working in conjunction with one another. The winter time is certainly a tough season for me and there is no question that I’m stiffer in the winter months but so far I have been feeling very good. Tomorrow is 100 days without a flare-up and that is a nice round number showing some success. I just have to keep up with yoga and continue to gain flexibility and keep up my physical therapy sessions and when spring gets here I’ll be ready to tackle my new goals.
