12K STEPS CHALLENGE DAY 5

  I had a great day and put in over 16k steps in just my work out in the morning. I started with 60 minutes on the elliptical and another 60 minutes on the treadmill. I finished with 30 minutes of weight training. I’m guessing I’ll be sore 48 hours later. After I finished my workout I felt great and headed home to an oatmeal bath.

I’m hoping using oatmeal baths will help the rash and take the itch out. As well the whirl pool bath helped soothe my muscles and joints so it was a win win for me. My husband and I spent the rest of the day running around doing errands and have fun at the same time. At the end of the day I had logged 20,437 steps. That felt really good and although those types of days will be few they are fun to see.
