The weather wasn’t great yesterday morning so I decided to venture downstairs at 4am and walk with Leslie Sansone. I have written about her a lot and enjoy her in-home walking routine. You can find DVD’s of hers pretty much everywhere now as well on most cable demand channels carry her programs. I had a great time and logged 8000 steps with her.

My job is extremely stressful right now and although I really didn’t think I could leave the office for a workout I knew I should. I pulled myself away and got a work out at lunch time as well which felt marvelous. Between my workouts and running around the office I logged 19916 steps for the day. I know not every day will be like this and many days I’ll struggle with 12k but I wanted a challenge to keep me focused and so far so good. I also know I will use the time to my advantage knowing I have set this challenge for myself.
