I started my morning in the Bikram studio and had a great practice. The rest of the day was all about getting things but later in the afternoon I needed a walk. It is very cold here but dry and I bundled up to ensure I didn’t have any Raynaud issues and headed out for about an hour and 20 minutes. I got in about 15,000 steps which is nearly 7 miles. I’m now down to 37 miles left and 10 days left.
