DAY 2 – 150 MILE CHALLENGE

  I started my day at the Bikram studio so I knew I needed to log 5 miles at lunch time. I did it and working out at lunch time gives me the extra energy I need to make it through the rest of the day. I got a new heart rate monitor and I’m still trying to get use to it but between that and my fitbit I can measure my distance and now I just have 140 miles left.
